Who we are
The Well Men Project
We didn’t build this because it sounded good on paper.
We built this because we needed it.
Because too many men are drowning silently in anxiety, shame, addiction, and grief.
Because we saw brothers breaking down behind closed doors,
but performing strength in public.
Because we were tired of watching good men disappear into screens, substances, silence, or rage.
The Well Men Project was born around fire, sweat, and honest conversation.
Not in a boardroom, but in the woods, in a medicine lodge, in a circle where no one had to pretend.
We are Sons, Fathers, Veterans, Artists, Farmers, and Feelers and Coaches.
Some of us were never taught how to cry.
Now we teach other men how to weep with dignity,
how to lead without dominating,
how to stop the bleeding and actually heal.
We don’t run events.
We guide men through return.
Weekly councils, rites of passage, ancestral survival skills, emotional literacy, and accountability.
We are not selling transformation. We are stewarding it.
This isn’t about fixing men.
It’s about helping them remember who they were before the world taught them to forget.
And we do it together, in circle, in firelight, in truth.
This is the Well.
