Men Are Healing

The WellMen Project

We don’t fix men. We remember with them.

The Well Men Project is a return, restoring what was lost when modern culture replaced initiation with isolation.

We teach men how to live with anxiety, depression, loneliness, and anger

not by numbing it, bypassing it, or suppressing it

but by meeting it with tools rooted in ancient knowledge,

embodied practice, emotional honesty, and community healing.

Our work is not just about stopping the bleeding,

but healing the wound beneath it

the wound of disconnection, of silence, of forgotten rites.

Through weekly councils, medicine lodges, Eldership Skillshares and wisdom for different cultures.

With rites of passage anchored in integrity,

we guide men to shed shame, build emotional literacy,

and reclaim their role as protectors, feelers, and stewards of life.

This is not performance. This is remembrance.

Because when a man heals,

he doesn’t just change his life—

he shifts the legacy for generations.

This is the work. This is the way.

And it’s working.

How We Remember

Medicine Lodge and Ceremony

Where the fire remembers and the stones listen.
This is where we sweat, sing, scream, and surrender.

The lodge is not a performance.

It’s where men meet their shadows, purge their shame, and rise with sacred breath.

We follow the old ways — prayer, discipline, and brotherhood.

PEER SUPPORT AND HARM REDUCTION

WellBelle tent is not a green room, a vibe tent, or a backstage nap zone. It is a sanctuary for emotional landing, peer support, and compassionate presence. We provide care for people navigating altered states, emotional overwhelm, or the quiet intensity that can arise during deeply immersive festival experiences.

At gatherings where ceremony, music, dance, breathwork, and psychedelics are present, people often open into vulnerable, expanded, or disoriented states. These thresholds are sacred, but they also require support. Without proper containment, what begins as a powerful experience can quickly become overwhelming, confusing, or unsafe.

WellBelle was created to offer the support people deserve in those moments.

We work in close collaboration with festival producers, space holders, and programming leads to ensure that emotional experience tending and aftercare are part of the event’s overall safety infrastructure. From the first drumbeat to the final tear shed on the dance floor, we’re available to meet people wherever they are — without judgment and without agenda.

Our team is trained in peer-based harm reduction, emotional de-escalation, non-coercive communication, and trauma-informed response. We are deeply aligned with the trusted practices pioneered by the MAPS, and the Zendo Project, and we bring that lineage forward in our own way blending sacred presence, clear roles, and festival-specific protocols.

We are not here to replace medical or mental health professionals.
We are here to be the layer of care that meets people before a situation escalates.

We listen without fixing.
We sit without judging.
We support without taking over.

We offer soft landings for people who are crying, shaking, panicked, euphoric, confused, or wide open — and we stay until their breath returns, their voice steadies, and their sense of self can integrate what just occurred.

WellBelle is about relational safety. Emotional dignity. Clear boundaries. And the knowing that someone trained and present is there, if needed.

When festivals or event organizers invite WellBelle into their village, they are making a clear statement to their community:
We value safety. We invest in care. We believe in a culture of trust..

Weekly Menswork

We work and process the guilt, the anger, the numbness and the many wounds we carry.

We bring it into the circle, not to be judged,
but to be worked.

Week after week, we build and heal through consistency and Menswork,
we develop the wounds to heal, instead of just stopping the bleeding by coping.

This is what your father didn’t have.
This is what your son needs you to do.

Walk with us

You’ve done hard things alone. Now do the sacred ones together. This is where initiation begins, not by force, but by choice.

We’re Not a Brand. We’re a Return.

The Well Men Project is a nonprofit movement reclaiming brotherhood, ceremony, and emotional responsibility.

We’re not here to sell you a lifestyle — we’re here to invite you back to your life.

This is where men gather to unlearn the noise, remember the sacred, and rebuild the village — together.
